(Show) Floral Order Form

Our Mini Bouquets are the perfect size for your favorite FHS production cast or crew member(s) to receive, enjoy, & take home. They are lovingly arranged in keeping with the show theme by our volunteers. Bouquets are available for in-person pick up at each performance pre-show or during intermission for Midsummer Night's Dream & pre-show for SIX. At $12 each, they're ideal to give and/or donate to other cast or crew members who haven't yet been showered with flowers.

If you're unable to attend the show(s) in person, we will deliver your bouquet(s) with a simple "From First & Last Name" card as designated below in your order form.

Additional donation for FHS Theatre Boosters

Orders are accepted for A Midsummer Night's Dream through Sunday, Oct 6th. Orders are accepted for SIX through Sunday, Oct 13th. Frisco High School Theatre Boosters is a 501(c)(3). No refunds available. Bouquets not picked up will be donated to cast or crew members who haven't yet received flowers. Donated funds will be applied toward our internal scholarship monies.
